When I left the gym, I felt like one of those guys who walks around like he's carrying two suitcases!! My lats felt so swollen! Lol it was great!
Did a good job on the diet today. My ex mother in law made me some homemade chicken alfredo, so I wasn't perfect, but man o man was it worth it!!!
