Still can't kick this cold
but haven't had the heart to miss the gym.. Was supposed to fly to Dubai and see my hubby for a couple days while he is transitioning from Iraq to Afghanistan, but things just didn't work out... So now I'm tryin to take out my disappointment on the weights
Bb shoulder press 135lbs for 5
Bb upright rows 125lbs for 5
Db lat raises 35s for 5
Pec dec 100lbs for 5
