im sooo jealous of your lat raise weight! im still at 15s. Nice work!! Being sick is doing weird things to my workouts too.
 
Just curled 85lbs (bb) like it was my job lol... Lay raises with 35s yesterday, and 90lb low rows the day before... Maybe being sick agrees with me!! Or maybe I'm just surrounded by really weak people hahaha :D

Aww thanks! Sometimes I am surprised by how much weight I put up, and then other times I wonder if it was all a dream (like when I do legs). Haha

Great job snipes!! Always impressive!! My goal is to put up weight like you and D!! I'll get there (eventually)..in the meantime, keep killing it!! Hope you're feeling better!!
 
Thanks Jen! I am feeling better just can't kick the sides (cough n sniffles)... Last night I got up 125 on incline close grip and tonight got up 145 on incline bench... I think that's a lot for me lol but I've been bad about keeping track of my weights. I think you are doing great!!! Cant wait to see some progress pics!!!
 
Still can't kick this cold :( but haven't had the heart to miss the gym.. Was supposed to fly to Dubai and see my hubby for a couple days while he is transitioning from Iraq to Afghanistan, but things just didn't work out... So now I'm tryin to take out my disappointment on the weights ;)

Bb shoulder press 135lbs for 5
Bb upright rows 125lbs for 5
Db lat raises 35s for 5
Pec dec 100lbs for 5

Bb curl 85lbs for 3 on my fifth set (I'm doin 5 sets of 5 now)

Reverse bb curl 65lbs for 5

Db hammer curls 35lbs for 5

Cable preacher curl 50 lbs for 5

Had oatmeal pancakes for breakfast, and even ran a half mile... It was pretty ugly...im so congested I could hardly breathe lol

You ladies are really giving me something to work for! I'm pretty impressed... Guess its time to step it up! ;)
 
Lol thanks Jen... It was funny cuz when I was done... Some guy went over and could barely lift 75lbs... The best is when my hubby is home... People just stand around and stare! And not just cuz he's the hawttest guy on the planet (cuz he's really strong lol) hehe
