I'm going to be starting my first cycle soon:
Sust 250 @ 500mg / week
D-BOL @ 30 mg/day..
Clomid, 3 weeks after last dart...
Nolva just in case of the ( o )( o )...

I was wondering if I should be changing my workout around in any way. Right now I train hard 4 days a week.. Mon, Tues, off weds, thurs fri, off sat and sund...

My workouts look like this:
monday:
squats
deadlifts
cable rows
machine shrugs
barbell curls
stand calf raise
tuesday:
incline dumbbell press
flat bench flyes
seated dumbbell shoulder press
lateral raises
tricep pressdown
thursday:
leg press
lunges
wide grip lat pulldowns
upright row
seated dumbbell curls
incline curls
seated calf raise
friday:
bench press
seated barbell shoulder press
lying tricep extension...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks

Hey bro, I'm about to do a similar cycle. I train 4-5 days a week when off gear, but during a cycle, especially a good bulking cycle like that, I train 6 days a week. I usually do one bodypart a day, and crush it. Then you get a week to rest. In mid cycle, you could even train smaller muscle groups twice. i.e. bi's on back day, or tri's w/ shoulders. Keep me posted on gains, Happy growing:D
