Training OFF vs. ON cycle

How many sets per body part per week while on cycle vs when off cycle?
Is your work load increased much when you are juicing?


Right now I'm on week 6 of my PCT after a long 12 week cycle and I'm still pretty pumped up for trainign and feel really strong, I'm only taking HCGenerate at the moment guys, so I don't if it is just that giving me a nice boost, still have that "ON" feeling and my last shot was over 8 weeks ago.
 
Your body is under a lot of stress during a PCT as your natural testosterone production recovers.

It's smart to reduce your training volume during a PCT. You still want to train hard while on a PCT to keep the muscle there, but you want to reduce your training volume because your recovery ability isn't as good.

As a general rule, I recommend using 75% of the volume OFF cycle that you would use ON cycle. So if you normally do 4 sets of squats on cycle, just do 3 sets off cycle. Still train HARD and take the sets to failure, just

the science says that steroids help you recover twice as fast, so technically yes you should be able to workout more while on cycle than off.. of course the reality says there are other factors.. like what if you push harder in the gym while on cause you feel stronger and more aggressive?

my view is this. you should have years of natural training under your belt, real training. you can't train for real at 15 years old, you are still a kid. this way you will know how to train when you come off steroids.
