i was benching the other day. second set with 315 i felt 3 pops in my peck. i stopped immeditly, the muscle didnt bruise yet, hopefully it doesnt. my peck is very sore and i have a lack of mobility, as far as moveing my arm. has anyone done the same thing to themsevles? how long did it take before you were able workout normal again? thanks for the help, anything to help me out would be appreciated. thanks again
