I was about to work some legs. Well i did my usual, 1 plate on each side of the leg press for 30 reps. Then up to 3 for another 20 reps. I usually take my time warming up. Well the 2nd rep of 3 plates my left leg felt tight and just a little sting. After i just walked away and put some ice on it. Walking i feel nothing, i can flex it hard and just barely feel it. But if i try to walk up and down stairs , or just try to squat with my body weight it feels a little uncomfortable. No pain really. Now its a little sore to the touch? I put ice on it asap and im about to again. Can someone help me out here. I just started dieting for states and this is going to hurt me.
