Yeah those pwoercleans yesterday are feeling more like the real deal, I literally exploded the bar up to chin height using all traps, hips and calves. The arms just followed through from the bar floating up, no pulling force on it.
Well today, my erectors are aching in a good way from the clean pulls! Odd thing is during the session they didn't feel all that bad, thanks to the new starting position using more legs.
But man my traps are aching now! In the past I never used my traps fully when doing olylifts, but now I am and it sure feels it!
