Just had 2 weeks holiday, where i couldn't go to a gym even if i wanted to.
My lifts had been very slowly improving but after the break i came back and i've been smashing all my PBs
Seated GMs from 130kgx3 to 140kgx7
Tri Extns from 80x3 to 100x4
Am hoping for a couple more as i go through my repertoire
