1) Upper body- compound lifts
Bench - 4x dumb bell 4x barbell
Shoulder press- 3x dumbell 2x barbell (alternate standing and sitting)
Pushmachine for my chest/ diff type of pushups, will try and make weighted most of time Also maybe some flys (heavy)\
Machine for rear delts (heavy)

2) legs
Deadlifts 4x
squats 4x
leg press (alternate with ) lunges 2x
calfs 2x
Abs

3)BAck
Switch this one up a lot
.. tons of rows, pull throuhgs weighted pullups prob some curls also

repeat for next three days and dont go quites as heavy just to ease up on jionts. i have tons of aminos and am loaded up with all staple supps
gonna hop on dbol in jan and will switch up routine for that..

please give me your input, goal is to gain mass... thanks

Looks good. Id alternate the order on deadlifts/squats each workout. start with deads one workout than next start with squats. Id also throw in straight leg deadlifts on leg day. You could swap them for lunges.. On upperbody id throw in incline. Its more important than flat imo.

I'd shoot for rep ranges in the 10-12 window for upper body and maybe 15's for lower. I don't see much rest there, but as long as your strict with the lower intensity days it should be nice. Other then that it will all be down to diet.
