This girl squats 225lbs for 64 reps !

Hey click on her profile though and check her benching video, she does 155x16 for solid reps, damned f'in impressive for a woman! And she's smoking hot. Not often that you see a woman bodybuilder that is that hot. Her chinup video is shit though, 30 shitty chinups.

LOL ok as a woman who can squat big weight, I fully endorse the barbell feminine napkin. We have far bonier upper backs and the discomfort of that weight distracts from the movement. You don't realize how much padding your rhombs and traps are providing you.

if the bar is so heavy it hurts your back too much then you are trying to lift too much, in the same way if you have to use straps for deadlifts then you are using too much weight.

Gripping a deadlift and supporting a squat bar are part of the lift IMO...

I'm guessing that the women behind her were competing against here. If none, NONE of them were complaining about her depth, wraps, or tampon pad then they all did the same thing! At the end it says "That was everybody"..right?

If I saw everyone before me "cheating" on a lift and it was a paid contest...I'd do the same thing. All Strongmen do. If someone else wraps their elbows with knee wraps and bench presses before me and nobody says anything, I'm going to go looking for a pair of knee wraps myself. If I'm in a squat contest and they are letting high squats go...I'm gonna do the same thing.

The tampon pad is just dangerous...no excuse for wearing that thing. Who would enter a squat CONTEST in a tube top or bikini anyway?

And who the heck wrapped her knees? Obviously 2 different people!

lol that's classic

Please refer to the second sentence in my last post.

Comparing untrained individuals, women tend to actually have a bit more lower body muscle than men, but far less upper body muscle. This genetically programmed distribution can sometimes put women in a position regarding squats that isn't relevant to men.

In other words, your statement would generally be right on for a man, but not necessarily so for all women.

Terrible. I was at least expecting half squats.

Also can you spell S-T-E-R-O-I-D-S?
No chick can lift that weight naturally for 64 resp, even if the movement was that pathetic.

Skipping all that... You can wear a t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, etc...

Putting the pad on the bar is DANGEROUS!!! Nobody squats big with the pad on the bar...because it is DANGEROUS!!!
