well i tried to keep this a refeed but you know how it goes sometimes

started out good. turkey a little stuffing and gravey potato then dessert.
I had ff cheese cake and ff pumpkin pie then it happened 4 cookies 2 brownies big bowl of pudding w/ fruit. finally another piece of ff cheese cake. I figure about 2500 cals between 1 and 4 PM
Why cant i stop once i start eating junk. is it the insulin or am i an addict.

also should i have a shake before i go bed or give my body time to use up the fuel i have eaten?

One thing i really enjoyed stuffing my face tonight. I have been pretty strict for almost a year..

Also because of all the fat do you think i will have actually gained a lot of fat lbs

Most of this problem is highly psychological, but as most people, you have a carb addiction - insulin release causes the need for more carbs. High-fiber intake w/ 5HTP and water should help a bit, but adding something like ECA would also be an option. Overall, it's hard to control when it's mostly mental; only you can stop, no pill can do that for you unfortunately.
