Generally speaking, corporations lobby about equally to both parties plus or minus 5%-10% but Wall Street loves big government because it guarantees that losses will be socialized and profits will remain private as long as their fed cronies get a cut of the pie. I don't blame corporations for lobbying I blame the people that elect the same people over and over expecting a different result.

As far as unions are concerned, speaking as a former card carrying teamster, they're more about enriching themselves through cronyism than looking out for the workers....The teamsters took my money and a rep showed up to ask about my work conditions twice. I was in a meeting with management every month where they asked what was going on and our opinions about operations..they also gave us free pizza too.
