I finally grew enough balls to take my shirt off..Go ahead, laugh at my horrible chest. .. And feel free to comment on anything else. Thanks guys.. btw, my stats are 5'7'' 1/2-5'8'' around 205 lbs. not sure of bodyfat, i'd imagine around 12.. it was 11 last time i checked ..

You have a some great size -- chest needs some work but the arms & shoulders look good - cut a little more & you got some great stuff! How about the wheels? And of course, what are your goals?
 
Thank you for the positive feedback. My goal once was to eventually compete.. but with the pain im suffering in my back, its keeping me from working out my legs. So they are nothing to look at. I want to be at my current weight(205), ripped about a year from now, and i'll do anything to accomplish that. I think that is a realistic goal. I plan on doing a heavy cycle within the next two months, i will post further pics then. Thanks again:)
 
why thank you:) but i feel my lower chest needs a lot of work, as well as my mid-chest seperation. maybe the genetics just arent there :(

i've been working out for about 5 years total. But about 3 of those years I had no idea wtf I was doing w/ my workout schedule and diet, so i say 2 years.
 
BigDogg, you look better than the average, joe.. dude. no need to prepare for any flames... cause IMO you wont get any. hit that chest hard, bro. what are you doing for chest excersises? have you tried the rest/pause technique?

Thanks a lot bro, it means a lot to me. Whenever I look in the mirror, i see a normal person, and i hate it. . . yet recieve compliments every day because of my accomplishments.. Anyway, here's my chest routine:

4 sets slight incline dumbbell press, heavy
3 sets of flyes, slow and strict
4 sets of flat press
3 sets of dips till fail.

Can you please explain the rest/stop method? i dont think i've ever heard of it. Thanks a lot bro
