I finally grew enough balls to take my shirt off..Go ahead, laugh at my horrible chest. .. And feel free to comment on anything else. Thanks guys.. btw, my stats are 5'7'' 1/2-5'8'' around 205 lbs. not sure of bodyfat, i'd imagine around 12.. it was 11 last time i checked ..

You have a some great size -- chest needs some work but the arms & shoulders look good - cut a little more & you got some great stuff! How about the wheels? And of course, what are your goals?
 
Thank you for the positive feedback. My goal once was to eventually compete.. but with the pain im suffering in my back, its keeping me from working out my legs. So they are nothing to look at. I want to be at my current weight(205), ripped about a year from now, and i'll do anything to accomplish that. I think that is a realistic goal. I plan on doing a heavy cycle within the next two months, i will post further pics then. Thanks again:)
 
why thank you:) but i feel my lower chest needs a lot of work, as well as my mid-chest seperation. maybe the genetics just arent there :(

i've been working out for about 5 years total. But about 3 of those years I had no idea wtf I was doing w/ my workout schedule and diet, so i say 2 years.
 
BigDogg, you look better than the average, joe.. dude. no need to prepare for any flames... cause IMO you wont get any. hit that chest hard, bro. what are you doing for chest excersises? have you tried the rest/pause technique?

Thanks a lot bro, it means a lot to me. Whenever I look in the mirror, i see a normal person, and i hate it. . . yet recieve compliments every day because of my accomplishments.. Anyway, here's my chest routine:

4 sets slight incline dumbbell press, heavy
3 sets of flyes, slow and strict
4 sets of flat press
3 sets of dips till fail.

Can you please explain the rest/stop method? i dont think i've ever heard of it. Thanks a lot bro

you look better than most of the wannbe's who post and flame while sucking on a mikkie-d's flurry at the same time; with no desire or resolve to do the needed work to get to your level.

IMHO, someone who looks about like you is more pleasing to the eye than some of the overly muscle and pumped up freaks on this board.

Yeah, you're right about the flaw thing, how the rest of the world doesn't see it. But honestly, I think it's pretty safe to say that most if not all of the people who work out intense are or were not happy with themselves at one point in their lives.. If someone is happy with the way they are, then there is no need for them to make themselves better.. Bodybuilders are probably the most self conscious people in the world, thats why they do what they do. So, its hard not to be critical. I hope you see what i mean
 
Nice size brotha! Good frame to work with.. Im only 16 but I know when I see someone with potential.. Gl with the future man and keep training hard, you will get to where u want to be someday..
 
have to agree with the pack.. you are looking great and keep up the good work. sorry about the back pain, can appreciate that myself.. keeps me from doing some legs, but do what i can and lots of Advil.

Dude, you look good. Dont be so hard on yourself. Do some site injections on your chest and you will be fine.

Hey BigDogg, you look pretty good man. We look pretty similar, although I'm 6'0" 225. So roughly equivalent.

Anyway, I'd advise against the chest site injections. That's just carzy man. You don't need that shit. And site injections in your chest, anyway? Come on... That crap put Milo in the hospital, remember?

I think your chest will come out a little more if you bring the BF down some. Also, you might want to consider cutting your chest routine down a little bit. I know, it sounds fucked at first, but still worth a shot. Try 3 sets of heavy barbell press, 3 sets of heavy dumbbell press. FORGET the flyes. Incline, decline, flat, your choice. Really concentrate on just those 6 sets. Try it for a few weeks, see what you think. Just my .02

Have to agree with everyone else on the thread. You take off that shirt anywhere and you're going to get comments. As for the chest routine, have you tried weighted dips? If you lean in to the dip it really hits the chest. Get a belt with a chain and attach a dumbbell of your choice. It's great! If ya try it, tell me how it goes.

Sorry, I was not talking about Synthol or even PGF2A. I was talking about injecting his anabolics into his outer chest. I have been doing this and it is working for me. If you email george he will give you the info to do this properly, so you will not hurt yourself.

Milos was hospitalized for injecting a substance similar to synthol which was not sterile and it caused an infection. I am not suggesting that at all, especially not in the chest. I guess I should have made myself more clear.

doesnt that hurt? i couldnt tolerate injecting into my lat, i cant even begin to imagine a chest injection.. please tell more. thanks
 
It really isnt that bad. I am doing 200 mg of test and 250 mg of sustanon mixing it and doing half in the right and half in the left. I am using a 23 gauge needle. inject it in the upper outer region of the chest and be sure and aspirate. You will notice a difference within 2 weeks.

Before you do this you must email george and get info from him. He will help. I think the actual report is maybe $40, but it is worth it.

Thanks for the criticism. I am working hard on my chest, i've always been proud of my traps, and my forearms just came out bad in that pic. Thanks tho:)
 
i'm just playin with ya...just a way of saying need to work on chest...but it looks like your making good gains soo far..nobody's perfect though...keep up the good work man..:fro:
