When I cheat once a week, it's usually for the sole purpose of going out with friends blah blah blah, socializing, and partying whatever.
I never really crave anything, and could careless if I ate clean 365/24/7...Is there any cheat meal that is actually better to have then another?
Like would 2 slices of pizza, be better then a ton of sushi? I'm just trying to figure it all out
I know a cheat meal can be anything, but I dont even really care...So I just want to have something that I can eat "OUT" but it doesnt necessiarly have to be crap.
