Ever wonder what the hell mini bands are? Do you know what an arched back vs a normal good morning is? Do you know how fast your speed should really be on speed day?
I had a bunch of people ask me all this stuff. I don't pretend to know the answers as well as Dave Tate and crew, but I am more than happy to share what I know, and pictures and videos are worth 1000 words.
So.... i decided a cool thing to do would be to make the journal interactive. You can now click on links in the journal to see some videos and pictures of the setup and exercises.
Right now, I just started a new training cycle for a meet in 8 weeks, so there are only a few links, but I expect it to grow, and I promise to try all sorts of wierd exercises.
In addition, we have someone that will be coming out and doing the video for us in exchange for training her so I should have a lot of videos now.

I find myself asking Ano to describe all the stuff he does in his journal. He is kind enough to supply me with pictures all the time.
He sent me a new cool one of a cambered bar good morning. Be sure to check out ano's pics:

*Windows media player is required to view these videos. I hear that there are some other video programs that work (zoom?). Post if you need help.
Good luck and feedback is welcome unless it is to tell me that my HTML sucks (damnit jim... I am a programmer not an artist).
