2 days in a row training makes for a tired and burned out me. The first 2 sets for chest were so light they're not worth noting
Hammer incline
425 x 5
455 x 3 1/2 - this was horrible, I thought 5 was in the bag but this machine is humbling.. when I hit the sticking point there's no grunting through it.

smith shoulder
4 sets, topset 275 for 5, new lift so nothing special
Lying DB extensions for tris, 30lb DB's x 20, 15 ... gym closed early so I didnt get the 3 x 20 I was planning. No ego is getting involved with my iso work

NOT me, but that's one hell of a strength feat right there.. I'd love to get that many reps with 5 plates, never mind 6
