With that in mind i dont see the point. I would just take 1-2 weeks off from training, then go with the lean bulk from there. Or reduce you caloric intake by 300 or so, to have a better control over how much fat you are gaining and go from there.

soon enough man, I will do a week after week thing, in one month Ill post what I look like. I've stopped coming on here because of the EXTREME immaturity many people here posses.
