Hi everyone,
I have been researching and using Elite Fitness for a number of months because my inexperience and lack of knowledge meant the 1 year that I have spent in the gym left me not only wasting time, but getting injured and being heavier than what I was when I began. Go figure!!!
I have found a load of information here so thanks girls for making this information public, I am most grateful. I unfortunately can’t post up everyday so I can’t take need2 up on his offer, but his words hit home and I thought I would share my progress with you as it is the information available here that has played a large part.
I have read the stickys and have started on one of the workouts that Tatyana has posted. The “Beginners: Practical Starting Routines for The Drug-Free Trainee by Casey Butt, Ph.D” and I am currently in week 7 (training 3 days a week). I have also changed my diet and I am eating clean.
My body is changing, I have a noticeable increase in energy and I feel great!
I am 5’6 and 136 pounds. I haven’t had my body fat checked but there is too much around my hips and thighs. My upper body is nicely toned, but I would love more muscle!!
My broad goals are: to increase strength, to increase stamina, to have more energy and to have a body I can be proud of.
Anyhow girls, that’s a bit about me and what I’m doing, but most importantly I just wanted to say thanks because the information here has given me a base to start from, and although it’s only been put into practice for a short time the results are spot on!!
