Hi everyone,

I have been researching and using Elite Fitness for a number of months because my inexperience and lack of knowledge meant the 1 year that I have spent in the gym left me not only wasting time, but getting injured and being heavier than what I was when I began. Go figure!!!

I have found a load of information here so thanks girls for making this information public, I am most grateful. I unfortunately can’t post up everyday so I can’t take need2 up on his offer, but his words hit home and I thought I would share my progress with you as it is the information available here that has played a large part.

I have read the stickys and have started on one of the workouts that Tatyana has posted. The “Beginners: Practical Starting Routines for The Drug-Free Trainee by Casey Butt, Ph.D” and I am currently in week 7 (training 3 days a week). I have also changed my diet and I am eating clean.

My body is changing, I have a noticeable increase in energy and I feel great!

I am 5’6 and 136 pounds. I haven’t had my body fat checked but there is too much around my hips and thighs. My upper body is nicely toned, but I would love more muscle!!

My broad goals are: to increase strength, to increase stamina, to have more energy and to have a body I can be proud of.

Anyhow girls, that’s a bit about me and what I’m doing, but most importantly I just wanted to say thanks because the information here has given me a base to start from, and although it’s only been put into practice for a short time the results are spot on!!

I have been given plat membership (thanks) and I have looked through a few of the galleries, WOW, the word "hot" comes to mind!!! Amy love the blue & black stilettos.

Well, I'm starting week 8 now and I'm really looking forward to the week.

Welcome to the forums girl and thanks for posting up. I hope we get to see a lot more of you around the site. I run this site and if you ever have a problem or need help just let me know

Just reading the posts and seeing the girls achieve their fitness, competition & lifting goals is a huge motivation in itself, and although my shoulders are aching after yesterday's heavy workout, I feel great. I have seen more results in the last 8 weeks with training 3 days per week for less than hour each time than I have spending a year doing mostly 5 days per week at 1hr in the gym.

It's funny what a bit of knowledge can do!! Or how much time can be wasted by not knowing.

Thanks everyone for making me feel welcome, I hope I can give back a little of what I have already recieved from EF.
