Testosterone use in natural shows

Are natural shows really all natural? Would HRT through a physician exclude someone from these shows? If so when is the proper time to get off prior to bring tested at the show to check in at the right levels?

Yes, some really take it seriously. My show is in April, they do urine testing AND polygraph. I'm taking absolutely nothing, don't want to risk it

Not quite sure about the HRT. I know the rules touch on prescription meds...if I were you I'd go to your show's website or the organization it's affiliated with and find out for sure, if nothing is listed, I'd call and ask. Don't want to risk it
