Diet stayed somewhat in check but also enjoyed myself a few good meals. We got ourselves a private chef to cook us meals in our villa so that always helped to keep macros close to where they should be

Coaches direction brother. I follow what he puts forward.. always getting the most out of the least amount of gear is the approach.. room to ramp it up later if need be

Legs is always the main focus for high carb day bro. My second high day I tend to switch between chest and back
