I like to incorporate some movements that I don’t particular like, because i believe if I can push through and get them done, I get a great sense of satisfaction. Kinda like “adversity breeds character”.

However, in saying that, sometimes there are some exercises (like pistol squats) that I attempt once and never do again, because there just ain’t any satisfaction after doing them.

Like lunges I hate them pistol squats fit in the same category for me now
