I like your training split for 4 days. It will definitely work, especially if you push the volume on those workout days. Three rest days is really good. Do some cardio though. @Voxen

Volume will increase over the coming weeks, forgot to mention cardio is at 1 hour per week plus 15k steps a day with an active job as a tradie

A good week last week, test will start to kick in now training has been good, keen to really start pushing some numbers now while prioritising form and tempo.

Sleep has improved since implementing HGH and feeling like I am recovering better just in general after being off all anabolics and hopping back on.

A good week last week, test will start to kick in now training has been good, keen to really start pushing some numbers now while prioritising form and tempo.

Started at 3 times a week and quickly realised that was too much had no appetite at all have gone back to daily pins and seems to be the sweet spot for now 🫡

Decent drop off in weight this week 1.4kg with the cal drop and implementing Reta, tried Reta 3 doses of .5 but got 2 shots in a just found it put my appetite in the bin, have now gone to .2 every morning feels a lot better at this.

Calories have stayed the same this week as we definitely tightened up a bit so need need to push harder yet will re assess after this week. Cardio is sitting at 1 hour 20 a week so very comfortable so far.

Another decent week, a pretty significant drop in weight but was travelling so used different scales which could have played a role. Training is progressing nicely and continuing to hit all markers nutrition wise. Will be upping the doses and adding in npp and masteron now
