First week on this new split and already loving it. Fresh start so really focusing on tempo and squeeze and will build on strength throughout this push phase. Really nice pumps, happy with how everything is sitting.

Push Phase Log

Hello everyone, this is the start of my push phase log. This will be my second cycle on anabolics coach by @Poprox


I’ll be working with @AnabolicAdvancements and looking to improve on this physique over the next 20 weeks or so.

Bloods were done a couple of weeks ago and are all back at good levels after a health phase, so I’m ready to push.

I like your training split for 4 days. It will definitely work, especially if you push the volume on those workout days. Three rest days is really good. Do some cardio though. @Voxen

Volume will increase over the coming weeks, forgot to mention cardio is at 1 hour per week plus 15k steps a day with an active job as a tradie
