Decent drop off in weight this week 1.4kg with the cal drop and implementing Reta, tried Reta 3 doses of .5 but got 2 shots in a just found it put my appetite in the bin, have now gone to .2 every morning feels a lot better at this.
Calories have stayed the same this week as we definitely tightened up a bit so need need to push harder yet will re assess after this week. Cardio is sitting at 1 hour 20 a week so very comfortable so far.
