Another good week, all my numbers moving up in the gym and feeling very good both physically and mentally at the moment.

Have dropped roughly 400 cals on training days from this week forward as we enter a little mini cut phase, eager to see what we can produce. Have also implemented some retatrutide into the stack now. So hopefully that kicks in within the next couple weeks.

@Voxen That is definitely a delicious looking meal. And I also like that you are moving your calories based on your training day and Non-training day 400 calories lower is smart on a rest day.

Good work on this man. The supplement routine looks really solid. also the reta +hgh Should yield some really good fat loss over time. We expect some big things out of you on this one. @Voxen

Keen to see how you go on the retatrutide at 1.5mg / Week. Personally I can't take much more than that otherwise I forget to eat all day 😅😥
Started at 3 times a week and quickly realised that was too much had no appetite at all have gone back to daily pins and seems to be the sweet spot for now 🫡
 
Week 5

Weight 87.8

Decent drop off in weight this week 1.4kg with the cal drop and implementing Reta, tried Reta 3 doses of .5 but got 2 shots in a just found it put my appetite in the bin, have now gone to .2 every morning feels a lot better at this.

Calories have stayed the same this week as we definitely tightened up a bit so need need to push harder yet will re assess after this week. Cardio is sitting at 1 hour 20 a week so very comfortable so far.

Week 5

Weight 87.8
