Week 1-16 : Testo E 500mg/e5d
Week 1-14 : Tren E 200mg/e5d
Week 1-4 : IGF-lr3 50mcg pre-workout (in the stomach)
Week 4-8 : PEG-MGF 200mcg
Week 8-12 : IGF-lr3 50mcg pre-workout (in the stomach)
Week 12-16: PEG-MGF 200mcg
My pct :
Day 4-14 1000ui hcg ed
Day 15-21 40mg nolvadex & 20mg aromasin ed
Day 22-28 20mg nolvadex & 20mg aromasin ed.
I will try to eat at least 5 to 6,000 calories a day, 60% carbs, 30% protein and 10% fat.
My goals is to gain some volume ofc, strength but also to get the "hard-look"
Workout routine
Monday - Chest
Tuseday - Back
Wednesday - Arms
Thursday - Rest (maybe som slow cardio)
Friday - legs
Saturday - Shoulders & abs.
Sunday - rest.
