Thanks for all the responses guys:
1. I dont think its a stomach bug or food poisoning i caught
2. Many times i have not taken doses with food, ill start doing so. I have been splitting the doses though.
3. Ive dropped the GW from the cycle as i dont think i need it. I was taking it to combat cholesterol effects from the winny as well as for the added fat burning effects. The GW was pill form
4. I dont take probiotics and my fiber intake is not adequate at all. I will look into remedying that
It could def be bad gw depending on the source
