Test, Npp, Oxys & Slin Blast

Cheers for the reply. Been cycling for 3 years and blasting and cruising this year. Not entering a tested comp (thank fuck,ha). I've ran slin pre workout up to 14iu following mike arnolds protocol but found I was extremely bloated. Going to build up to 10iu pwo and see the difference. Do u run orals the duration of the cycle 2on 1off? My oxy protocol was going to be 50mg non training days + an extra 50mg pre workout. I've never ran 2 19nors side by side, have u experience in this?

Do you load with simple carbs after the pwo slin @ 14 IU?

Maybe I'm borderline hypoglycemic or something but sometimes I felt like passing out with slin 10
 
I'm hoping it'll push me over the 200lb marker. Will most definitely be my biggest cycle. Will post pics before March 23rd (start of blast). Do u use mike arnolds protocol pre workout?? Find I get extremely bloated. I also use novorapid, going to try post workout for a change and see how it goes. Less shakes & more solid food.

I use a similar one but no gh. I do take t4 with slin and have used igf with it.

8-12 iu of humalog/novolog 5-10mins pre subq

80g of carbs from oats and 50g worth of protein and small amount of fat 45mins pre

Intra

50g dextrose
50g multidextrin
10g bcaa
10g eaa
10g creatine
And Taurin on legs and back

Post
50g whey iso
50g of skim milk powder
33mcg of igf1lr3 IM
Occasionally more slin but only 4-6iu more if i train early in the day.

Then i eat agian based on how i feel.
I use metformin occasionally too to help slin sensitivity but i don't take it at the same time as slin.

If your feeling like passing out there's something not right. Your leaving your blood sugars drop too low. U need to monitor these with a glucometer and not let them drop below 4mmol.
My slin pre w/o routine,
8-15iu novorapid 30-45mins pre training. Build up the doses slowly.
15min later.
1/3rd the shake
1hr after inj 1/3rd shake
2hr after inj 1/3rd shake.
1hr after last inj (low fat, clean carb & protein meal; chicken & rice etc)

The shake
10g fast acting carb per iu of slin (initially, I lower this once max dosage is reached and assess my tolerance) *dextrose
I finished on 15iu slin w 75g carbs.
10g creatine
20g glutamine
20g bcaa
10g leucine & beta alinine
2g vit c.

Essentials**
Glucometer
Sugary drink (not diet soda)
Jelly babies
1 bottle of soda & 9 jelly babies = 100g fast acting glucose. Will bring your blood glucose up rapidly should u experience signs of hypo

Signs of hypo**
Sweating
Claminess
Anxiety/ panic attacks
Light headedness
Nausea
Trembling

^^^ experience any of the above sides while working out. Sit down, relax, drink your bottle of soda and have your jelly babies.

Note: following the above protocol I never got any signs of hypo. (Not to say I didn't eat the odd bag of jelly babies,ha). Be careful guys..
