Hey guys,
looking for a simple cycle. New to the world of gear. 46 years old, lifting off and on since I was 16. Been hitting it hard for last three years. 220 lbs, but gains are coming slow at my age. Diet and rest are in line, so cycle is my next choice. Can someone explain exactly what other than test I would add and at what interval and dose. Thanks for any advice.
