Hi all,

Well I am new to this board and posted for the first time yesterday. Here's a little about me:

I'm 24 and married. I recently joined Weight Watchers and lost 20 pounds. I am now down to 141lbs. My BF is still high, it's over 30%. I am hopeing to start a new diet and fitness regime to get me in the best shape of my life. Thanks again to all who posted on my previous thread. I know with your help and my will and determination, I will get to where I want to be.


SO enough about me, how bout you. I would love to know your stories. Where you all born gorgeous, or did you have to work really hard at it like I am planning to do. Hope to hear from you all soon.

sounds like you've made some good progress, but now it's time to stop counting points and start counting reps! get in the gym (not just the cardio section) and lift, lift, lift. You'll see your bf %age go down, and your body composition will change/improve. Losing 20 pounds is good...losing 20 pounds of fat is better!

You can do it!:)
 
Thanks for your reply! Yes 20 pounds of fat will be much better! That's my next goal. I will be focussing on mostly BF and less on the scale.
 
Just curious, what kind of training/diet program are you on right now? Goals? I'm sure that was in your previous thread, but my computer is giving me some attitude right now! :happyscra

Well, for me, it's been really easy. I was born with incredible genetics, and hardly have to do anything to grow like crazy. Even isolation moves with high reps give me unbelievable growth. And staying lean has never been a problem - mostly I can eat whatever I like and my metabolism just burns it up, phhhtt!
