Taking Creatine? Please help...

Your strength will most likely increase. I can usually lift about 5-10% more weight once I'm fully loaded on creatine. So a 100 lb max lift will jump up to about 105-110 lbs. I'll admit, thats not a huge jump, but its for real.

You'll also gain a few lbs, for me its about 5 lbs.

The only problem with creatine is its a one time deal. You get your extra 5-10 lbs of weight and strength, and then it stops. You don't keep getting gains from it. And when you stop, you lose the weight and somtimes the strength.

So I'm not sure if its really worth it or not.

cool aid will do too.

I am not an expert about this...maybe Cornholio will post here. I'd be interested to hear what he says too...

I mix mine with powerade that I drink on Sundays when I event train (3-4 hours long). I also add it in the last 2-3 weeks pre-contest (strongman) to help with recovery and potential better muscular endurance increase. I drink mine throughout the day though..

Creatine in a sports dring that contains some sugar is ideal.

Do bot load.

Take 5-10 grams per day.

I had good results taking 5 grams PRE and POST workout.

Help boost atp energy. More beneficial for exercises, or in FOlds case, events which have a high rep threshhold or an endurance factor
