T3

Just wondering everyones experiences with T3. I just read an article about it and how if the doses are low enough, women will be fine using it. Here's the dose they recommend with Clen:

Day 1: 2 tablets of Clenbuterol and 25mcg of T3
Day 2: 3 tablets of Clenbuterol and 50mcg of T3
Days 3-10: 4 tablets of Clenbuterol and 75mcg of T3
Days 11 & 12: 3 tablets of Clenbuterol and 50mcg of T3
Days 13 & 14: 2 tablets of Clenbuterol and 25mcg of T3
Days 15 to 28: no T3 or Clenbuterol

Once you reach day 28, you can start over again at 1. Repeat this cycle as many times as it takes to achieve your desired fat-loss. And remember, you have to follow a good diet and do a lot of cardio.

Let me know what you all think or if there is something better or a better dose. I am getting ready to contest diet starting Jan. 23rd and wanted to run this if you all thought it was legit. Thanks so much!!

Contest prep can be done without T3 and clen. I have not tried T3 but I have tried clen and hated it better of with a fat burn from the AF store no sides and no rebound from it.

What do you have planned out for your comp diet? What do you have planned for your comp training? What are your currents stats?

That's interesting - I've seen the 2 on / 2 off clen cycle but not t3. I'm not a doc or an authority but every t3 cycle i've seen has been a ramp up, a slow ramp down and then stay off for a long time, i.e. don't repeat.

Same here.

Plus, I have done BOTH T3 and Clen (not together though) and I think both are WAY WAY WAY overrated for fat loss. I would choose AF products over those things any day.

Just because they are illegal does not mean they are better. I will never do either again.

I have been competing for the past 3 years, so my diet is pretty right on. Also, I have been competing all-naturally, so I definately know what can be done without the extras.....went pro that way. My diet usually starts at 190g protein and 150 carbs, then modify as needed closer to. I have tried a round of Clen after my last contest and it was ok, but not great. That's why I'm looking into running the T3 with it. I got pretty hard from Clen, but that was really about it. What is the AF store?

Also, if I ran the T3, I would definately taper it off along with the Clen. That's what I previously did with the Clen the last few days. So, you all wouldn't recommend using these two together? If not, what brand of thermogenics have you seen good results from?

https://www.anabolicfitness.net/shop/ T-rex is the bomb kills your appettie and is a great all around thermo.
It is not that I wouldn't recommend using them togther just in my experince wtih clen I found that I preferd a regular fat burn like t-rex to it. I may however revisit this issue myself for this years comp prep.
If you do decided to run them together you need to cycle the clen two weeks on two off so may as well try t-rex on your two weeks off of clen. As for T3 you don't cycle off it in two week durations. You can do it for an entire 12 weeks you just do a ramping up and down phase.

IE Week 1-2 25mcg
Week 2-4 50 mcg
Week 5-8 75 mcg
Week 9-10 50 mcg
Week 11-12 25 mcg

I had also read an atrical about running T3 for extend periods ie 3-6 months but never going over 50 mcg a day. In the end it is all about what works for you. Just like some diets don't work for some people some supplements don't work for some.

Awesome! Thanks! The whole T3 thing kinda scares me because thyroid disease is in my family. I have been researching the hell out of it to make sure it's something that is even a good idea for me and I still just want more people's input before I go jumping into it. Like I said, I didn't like Clen all that much, but wondered if the two together would make a difference. Do you run T3 usually or just skip it?

Why won't you use it again? What was your experience from using them?

It is very good that you are so cautious about T3 IMO it is one of they most serious compounds you could be taking. If at all possible I would see a Dr. before starting the T3 get a full thyroid panel done so you know where your baseline is at. Then if you run it get the thyroid panel done again to see how you have recoverd. You don't have to run clen and T3 together just a very comman stack.

1) I got no basically no results from it - even at higher doses. Maybe a LITTLE results, but nothing worth it.

2) I had insomnia - but also was tired all the time. I was physically exhausted, but could not sleep at night. During the day, all I wanted to do was nap.

3) I was constantly dizzy and nauseased. The final straw for me was when I was in the bathroom and everything started going dark and I almost passed out. I started tapering off that day. That is the bad thing - if you start to see "bad things" from taking it, you can't just STOP. You have to keep tapering. If I see bad sides, I want to STOP NOW.

Honestly, it just isn't worth it to me. The benefits are so small, IMO. If it is something you really want to try, more power to you, but with thyroid disease in your family - I really don't think fucking with thyroid levels is in your best (long term) interest.
