my girlfriend has started the following cycle

she was originally only going to cycle up to 50mcg of t3 and slowly taper down.....from what we researched we felt that would be the best dose to max fat loss and minimize muscle loss...she is at 50mcg now on week 4 and were wondering if she should go higher or not.....she does morning cardio 3x per week, along with body pump class and lifts weights with me. she eats very healthy 4-5 meals per day....110 g of protein per day....and no junk food.....she's 5'7" and 145.....not seeing to much effects yet from the T3...when should it start to show significance?
her goal is a weight of 125-130
