Hello hello!
Today was another decent day for the most part. Managed my cardio again and ate well, so it looks like I'm on a roll of some sort.
I just finished watching the 2nd to last episode of Biggest Loser before the Finale. Man alive, I cannot WAIT for next week! I love that show -- though I have a hard time watching parts of it because it hits so close to home having once been an obese person myself.
And on the flip side to that -- watching these people lose weight, I often forget that I don't HAVE to sit here anymore and think "I should do that". I HAVE been doing it... it's just so programmed in to me now that I don't realize just how unusually fit I am. Funny how we still find ways to nitpick ourselves when we ARE the elite.
Sassy and Gymgurl -- I'm AFRAID to try anything even REMOTELY bouncy right now! I used the stairmill this morning again though I was tempted to use the elliptical (the one where I can just hold on though -- not the one where I move my arms with it)... but I didn't want to hurt myself. SO running is still way off for me... but I"m going to be super strappy when I start back on that! RIght now, one sports bra is enough to hold me in place -- I'm not really in the bouncy stage... but I know it'd feel strange if I tried too early. I think I jumped up and down yesterday jokingly about something at home... and then went "Ooooh... that doesn't feel fun!" Whoops
