Thanks ladies for all the nice compliments. I was telling Ulter last night, "Oh come on, they'll barely remember me!" :) /QUOTE]

T-Cake? Who is that? J/K
;)

Missed you and your log Mega Updates! I am glad you are doing good and that life is treating you well. KUdos to you for your gains! Seems to me that Florida does you well!

T-Cake!!!!!!!!!!! I was thinking about you the other day!! Miss you lots!!

Congrats on well, everything!! Wow!! So much has gone on and is yet to come......Ulter is awesome - he's a great guy - good for you! ;)

As for the surgery -- yay!! Take - Chapstick, lifesavers and easy fit clothes (like soft button up shirt & slippers) - when you wake up from anesthesia your mouth may be DRYER than the Sahara desert and your lips could be chapped.....and afterwards - take the pain meds BEFORE the pain hits to manage it.....not to scare you, but plastic surgery can be very painful - but it may not last too long......Good luck!!

Thanks girls. I'll try to write more tomorrow. I'd love to write each of you something back but I'm exhausted right now. Bedtime!!! *snore*

Night T-cake.....Glad your back!!! Even if you post a tiny bit....your words always seem to help!

Welcome back T-Cake. Your progress is amazing. I'm glad I get to watch it in person. Good luck in the SeaWorld 10k next weekend. I remember when you could only walk 3 miles and now you run 6 in under an hour.

I've learned so much working with you. I have never worked with someone who had a lifetime of being obese before. I am used to dealing with people who got overweight and want to drop 20 or 30 pounds. It is very different than someone like you. The things we normally do to lose weight, diet, exercise, Trex/SesaPure/Glucorell/YES are not enough to make your body quickly let go of that lifelong fat storage. It's taken 9 months to do what most people I work with do in 3 months. If I hadn't been there to watch nearly every meal, every workout, and see you taking the supps I wouldn't believe it. It is a monumental task for someone like you to lose the last 40-50 pounds. And I didn't know that. Now I do. Thanks for teaching me about what it's like on the other side and what it feels like to actually BE the fat kid. You're awesome.
