I bet THAT'D be a sight to see!!! But I have to say, you have me motivated. :) I'm getting in my walks in the morning, so I think tomorrow morning when I get back from it I WILL do some ab work just a little bit. I just have to trust that I'll get into good shape again soon once my routine is back to normal.

I  you too!!! :rose: I'm glad you and I are on the same WWer/Elite wavelength. I think I'm your girl to get you out of your rut -- I know how to work it from both sides. It all comes down to knowing the way to do it right (via Elite suggestions) and merging it with what you're taught at WWers (old school to you and I now). Remember, you and I are totally different than most WWer chicks because we lift so much -- and -- as everyone's been telling you -- YOU GOTTA EAT MORE!!!

Just wanted to pop in and tell everyone I'm not dead!!! I just moved and I'm FINALLY in FLORIDA!!! :supercool Hooray! Got my diet and stats and workouts completely back to normal in the last three days. I'm demanding myself to stop calories in the 1500 range -- I have way too many days hitting 1600s. I want optimal results now. Finally got back into my lift today. I have to say it's a little intimidating getting a new routine going in a city and gym I have never been a part of before. *sigh* But I will make it work! :qt:

Lower Body Lift Session -- Tuesday, June 27, 2006
This is my new starting point!!! The equipment is different here at my new gym, so I need new ground to climb up from.

Lying Leg Press
90 lbs = 3 sets x 20

Leg Extensions
What is it called when each leg has it's own set of weights??? Not sure...
30 lbs each leg (60) = 1 set x 25, 2 sets x 20
Doing presses first REALLY wore me out, but WOW are my quads POPPIN' now!!! :rose: GO me!

Hamstring Curls
Same thing -- weight on each leg separately. Taking awhile to get used to but better today than the last time I was here and tried it.
35 lbs each leg (70) = 3 sets x 20

Good Mornings
Bar + 20lbs = 3 sets x 15
PROUD here because I accidentally racked up this much weight and had no idea! I pushed through it without any mishaps. Very cool!!!

Ab Work
Still tweaking adjustments on the declined bench and figuring out with ab ball is the best one... *sigh*
20 crunches on ab ball
Oblique dips with 25 lb plate = 2 sets x 25 each side w/o rest
2 sets x 25 declined situps

:wavey: That should do it! Have to say, it's nice to be able to do cardio in the a.m. and be done with lifting by 4pm!!! :D Oh yeah, forgot to mention I've still been getting in my 60 min. outdoor walk every morning first thing.

:rose: Later ladies!!! MUAH!

It's been storming here daily but not in the morning, thank goodness. However, I will say that 1) the last time I was just visiting here I DID to the walk in the rain the entire time, though not pouring til the end and 2) I walk so much now in the heat that when I'm done I FEEL like I've been walking in the rain!!! :p

T-Cake's MEGA NUTRITION UPDATE
Since I said I've been back at it with good stats since Sunday, I figured I'd best post those and get on board. I feel like I have to kind of re-start my log here, not because I slacked or quit, but just because my relocation to FL has really thrown me off.
