Switching from CKD to this

Bulking isn't that much different. Just keep eating what you are eating-just more of it!

Agreed, for me bulking and cutting are just a difference in total calories and cardio done. Same routine, same drugs, same diet. That which gets you big, keeps you big while deiting. The only time something else changes is just prior to a contest when one needs to be full and dry.

Some pros barely even change calories from a bulking to a precontest diet.

If you need an easy way to add cals get some olive oil and add it to couple of meals. I drink it, but some cannot do that. I would also add some red meat, ground beef or something. I think also tracking what you eat and how it effects your weight is a good idea. you can use www.fitday.com, it will break down all the food that you eat and tell you how much fat, carbs and protein you are getting.

sounds good.... i have flax seed oil but its soooo gross, i can throw it in a shake tho. Ya i need new PB and new bread. anything hydrogenated is bad correct?

think changing too much like your menu completely when switching from cut to bul and vice versa is actually detremental since you'll just confuse yourself etc etc

Boardin087, some tips regarding flax oil to make it taste less like crap

1) Make sure the "pressed on" date is not more than a month and a half old.
It makes such a big difference when it is fresh and make sure wherever you buy it from has it refrigerated.

2) When I was first getting used to the taste I would have a glass of water ready and I would hol dmy nose, shove the spoon in my mouth, chase it with the water, then let go of my nose. No taste to worry about.

Get natural peanut butter (the one with oil floating on top). Every other kind is hydrogenated. Best thing to do would be to cut bread out, but I have found breads with like 7 grains in it, mostly fibrous and little or no sugar. They are usually overpriced though.

Yes, anything hygrogenated is bad. Avoid it like the plague.
