:) that looks like onof my workouts. for triceps, i love bench dips.

I need to build my triceps I hurt myself in the past with regular dips so I am kinda affraid to try them again. I used the machine last week and it felt good no pain so we will see maybe I will be doing body weight dips again soon.

I want to compete in May 26 07 I am trying to add to my upper body just a bit I am going to compete as a middle weight so I don't want a whole lot of size just some for better balance. I will be cutting again in starting mid January goal is to keep body fat around or below 14% until I start to cut so I don't have to much work on my plate for the next cut.

are you still taking the GH? if so, it should help keep your bf down...
