on your back pose....flare your lats OUTand then slightly squeeze your shoulder blades together...this will give width and still show midback development

Working on that back pose nightly... My traps OVERPOWER my entire back... everytime I squeeze they pop out and my shoulders look like they don't even exist...

Is there anything, pose wise, that I can do about that?

yeah....flaring the lats will help......you can still squeeze the lats and not activate the lats

I have a Trainer (the one I mentioned) that worked with me on monday for about 30 mins. He pointed out little things like foot placement, curling toes, and in certain poses squeezing certain muscle that will make others pop.

Also how to gracefully turn from one 'quarter turn' to another with out looking like a robot. He does a Three count body tightening starting with feet placement then works his way up tightening his muscles then on the last count setting his body in the pose.

he looked Awesome doing them.. I am working on that flow. If I can get the posing down and feel confidant with that I won't have any other worry in the world. :)

If you make like you are trying to spread the floor apart with your toes, you can get your outer quads & calves to pop nice.

Sweet! This should be interesting in those heels.. LOL but i sure will be practicing.


did I mention I was so damn sore from posing.. LOL whoa!
