I have been getting these lately. A footlong double meat roasted chicken breast on wheat bread. Completely plain, meat and bread only. I have been eating 6 inches at a time and counting that as one meal.
Just because its more convienent than hauling around my tupperware and forks.
Wanted to know how healthy these things are, and if its ok to supplement with them a handful of times a weak instead of my normal chicken & baked potato or chicken and brown rice.
