Those are some beastly squats and leg presses holy shit. I bet you feel like the mothafuckin king of the jungle after knockin out a set of those haha.
I like those 50/40/30/20 rep sets on leg presses. Dude, I'll tell you, nothing is more intense than high rep leg stuff. I'm more sore than ever the next day. 50 rep squats, ugh. If ya ever get bored and wanna try somethin new, 3 drop sets of 100 leg presses are super intense. At least, for me they are haha. 300 total ouch.
