That back issue looks pretty bad though man, I'd definitely hit the chiro and make sure everything is in order.

Alright, so basically midway through cycle and wanted to post some progress pics...keep in mind the ultimate goal is July 13, 2013 contest date, and after reviewing the photos I have a long way to go. I also have to get to the chiropractor because my back is all out of whack! I have been battling a C-curve in my spine for years, and as I think I am standing up straight I am not. These photos below my wife took and wanted me to see how it looks as if my back is swollen and inflamed, as well as you can see the curve of my spine to the side below...

Notice the grey patch on the top of my head, I never noticed that before ;)

Swollen??? Right side...two lumps, it is tender but that seems pretty puffy :worried:...

I think I should start cutting my carbs back a bit lol...

So I will be heading to the chiro and to a massage place, sounds like a nice birthday gift, and get some much needed TLC on the spine, since I put it through wars!!!

Lol...could count on you, thanks! That was 2 years ago when my wife and I went as Death Bride & Groom, thought it was appropriate for Halloween. The back is going to get taken care of soon, like tomorrow...and then it will be regular visits again, just gets expensive $$$$, but do not put a $ on your health!!!
 
MA. My back had the same lump. Old wrestling injury turns out it was a bulging disk. I get a deep tissue massage every month which helps tremendously. Just a thought if you don't want to put all that money on the chiro.

If I have to I am going to have both done, it has been a long time and I know if I were a little more responsible with the care of my back well then be in better condition...but thanks for the thought, hopefully not that, but shit who knows!

Training:

Legs...and it was fan-fucking-tastic!!!

Extensions (I know Zed, they were light :worried:): (4/20,15,12,10,10...50/80/110/140/150)
Leg Press: (7/50,40,30,20,12,12,12...265/465/645/825/915/1095/1185)
Hack Squats: (4/20,15,12,10...135/225/315/405)
Lying Leg Curls: (4/15...60/90/120/135)
Seated Leg Curls: (4/15...100/120/140/160)
Walking Lunges: (4/20 strides...45lb bar...lol legs were shaking)

This was a lot of reps!!! It felt awesome!!! My strength is starting to shine, aggression is awesome and manageable...just don't ask my wife that ;)...overall my legs are feeling it at this very moment!


Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8)

1:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Instant Organic Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp. Peanut Butter, 1 Apple, 1 Banana

3:00 PM: N2 Bulk w/Almond Milk and PB

6:00 PM: 10 oz. Ground Chicken, 1 cup marinara sauce, 2 cups Coastal Kale Salad...made it from scratch from my garden!)

8:00 PM: 8 oz. Greek Yogurt, 1 homemade protein bar...shake before pillow @ 9 pm.


Mood/Feeling:

Feeling awesome, feeling like a new man...an aggressive one and getting strong as hell!!! I will be pinning 100mg of Tren Ace tomorrow morning, and along with todays cocktail...I should take tomorrow off but will hit cardio and maybe Triceps a bit since I still an babying the tendon. This shit is getting real folks! My gear is so legit, can't wait for the next few week and when I start the Var too...BEAST!!!


If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

Workout felt great, back didn't bother me at all...did exercises where my back was stable. Leg presses felt real good...especially 50/40/30/20 rep sets, burn like a mother fucker! Then hit 3 heavy sets to really shred them...then came Hacks lol! Shit, lunges I couldn't add any weight, it was extremely difficult keeping my knee from hitting the floor each rep...20 reps per leg lol, but I was one happy camper when all said and done!

Those are some beastly squats and leg presses holy shit. I bet you feel like the mothafuckin king of the jungle after knockin out a set of those haha.

I like those 50/40/30/20 rep sets on leg presses. Dude, I'll tell you, nothing is more intense than high rep leg stuff. I'm more sore than ever the next day. 50 rep squats, ugh. If ya ever get bored and wanna try somethin new, 3 drop sets of 100 leg presses are super intense. At least, for me they are haha. 300 total ouch.

Man keep it up. Glad to see everythings going great!
