6:00 PM: 4 Homemade Authentic Carne Asada Soft Tacos (corn tortillas, steak, cilantro, onions)...probably about 6 oz. of steak.
9:00 PM: 2 scoops WTBM Rocky Road, 10 oz. Almond Milk, 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter...also 4 caps Gear!!!

Leg day!!!
Feeling good, get to the gym to be reminded you can only count on yourself...my training partner pulled a no show so it was me, myself, and MuscleAddiction!!! My back was still pretty tight, so I didn't want to push it! I was able to get a solid workout and legs are feeling it at moment so all good! Going in the morning to attempt arms (tricep tendon still real sore), and some abs. Heading off to bed right now...also having a garage sale tomorrow weather permitting, so hopefully get rid of some crap and make some bucks!
I had a nice little package delivered today, some 100mg Tren Ace...so starting that this week for the last 8 weeks of the cycle, will use Prami at .5mg E3D and will adjust as needed. So it should get very interesting for the next 2 months.
