I tried performing DB Pullovers instead of One Arm DB Rows, but aggravated my Tricep tendon…will have to work on that.

Mood/Feeling:
Today I felt ok, training went really well, the pumps are incredible! Felt like all my muscles were just engorged in blood…and were! My strength seems to be increasing as my lifts are getting somewhat easier and the weight is going up. Once I got to work it was chaotic, not supposed to be for a Friday, but was running around doing inspections, USA’s, checking on my projects, just typical work related duties. By the afternoon I felt like I could take a nap, just didn’t have much energy. When I came home I could have easily laid down in bed and crashed, but instead took a shot of Craze and got on the computer to do some work, update my logs, and try and be productive. I am sipping on the shake I made and it is damn tasty!!! Have to mix it in a blender, and ended up pretty thick, but it is hearty and filling me up for sure!
