Good pipe fitter lmao it would take 5 fitters to do something like that plus a few days, one to tear it apart , one for fittup, one to weld it , one to clean it after, an one to stand around with the other three to bullshit!!!! Where as 1 BoilerMaker could've done it all!!!! Lmao no offense MA

Cement lined DI pipe does not get welded dew...it is either push on bell and spigot or mechanical joints...geez that photo was pre-repair, all of that pipe and valve we removed and replaced with new...and a boilermaker??? Really??? I don't think we have that profession where I live lol...except for if you order it from the bar lol! Let me update my thread here tonight and get the attention off of my pipe lol!

There's boilermaker throughout the us brother, who do you think does most of the boiler repairs in the powerhouses , just to keep everyone supplied with electricity?sorry brother didn't know they were cement lined. Shot an a beer does sound good? Lol

4:00 PM: 8 oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice, 2 cups Kale Salad

7:30 PM: 10 oz Chicken Breast/Thigh, 1 cup brown rice, 2 cups sautéed broccoli

9:00 PM: 8 ozChobani Greek Yogurt w/ 1 scoop Cinnamon Bun protein

Mood/Feeling:

Took the day off work to just take my little girl to school and pick her up, train, eat, and chill! I pinned 100mg of Test Prop in my rt quad, and was reminded how those ones felt lol! Smooth as silk, no discomfort from oil, this is my 5th pin of Prop and pretty damn smooth for me. Shoulder training was brutal today, my shoulders were so pumped up that they were painful! In between each set they would be burning so deep, felt awesome…wish that pump lasted all day! Otherwise a good day, feeling Alpha Male!

If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

Mood/Feeling:

Feeling good, strength is slowly increasing…it is only week #2 lol, and just very driven for this. I pinned prop yesterday in my rt quad, and it is a bit sore today…has been 5 years since they have felt a pin. Chest training was decent I was running late this morning so the workout was cut a bit short, so just chest was done. Will have to make up some muscles groups missed by the end of the week!

Mood/Feeling:

Today I felt ok, I don’t like taking days off the gym because it is hard for me to wake up in the mornings when I don’t train first thing. My right quad where I injected the Test Prop the other day is still a bit sore…I guess it forgot what it feels like to be pinned lol. That was my 5th injection of Prop and all of the other ones went so smooth, so I must have done operator error on this one and moved the pin inside or hit a vein or something…nothing some Ibuprophen and ice won’t handle. Still feeling that muscle fullness, they appear more defined when looking in the mirror, and just that feeling of yeah baby!!!

Last night I also did .5mg of MT2 since I seem to be losing my nice tan, and will do .5mg for a few days and work on darkening back up. So actually wife and I both did same and she also did 2.5mg of tb500, has done wonders for her tendonitis…will be ordering enough for the two of us soon….anyway we went to bed and an hour later I had an erection that would not go away lol! Sorry if that is TMI, but holy shit, had to wake the wife up and she was speechless ;). Starting to get real fun!!!

I tried performing DB Pullovers instead of One Arm DB Rows, but aggravated my Tricep tendon…will have to work on that.

Today I felt ok, training went really well, the pumps are incredible! Felt like all my muscles were just engorged in blood…and were! My strength seems to be increasing as my lifts are getting somewhat easier and the weight is going up. Once I got to work it was chaotic, not supposed to be for a Friday, but was running around doing inspections, USA’s, checking on my projects, just typical work related duties. By the afternoon I felt like I could take a nap, just didn’t have much energy. When I came home I could have easily laid down in bed and crashed, but instead took a shot of Craze and got on the computer to do some work, update my logs, and try and be productive. I am sipping on the shake I made and it is damn tasty!!! Have to mix it in a blender, and ended up pretty thick, but it is hearty and filling me up for sure!

Need2Slin (4 caps ED, spread with carb meals during feed time)

Also using Powerchews BCAA's during the morning when I am in my fasting post workout, between these, Gear, and Modern BCAA's I am covered during fasting.

I also use pre-workouts like Craze (1.5 scoops), or Premium Powders PWO (1.5 scoops), or N2KTS (1.5 scoops), N2 Amp (4-6 caps...stacks well with anything lol!!!), and have just ordered some Cellucor C4 to try out.

I carry around the supplement case in my lunchbox, have a gallon of water with me at all times, and stay disciplined!
