Ok guys in a few weeks I will be switching to westside training. I have a question. You guys had explained to me a little bit about different ME Bench exercises. Now I have a question, and yes its probably a stupid one. Ok, my sticking point is at the bottom of the press. When I miss a lift it will be near the bottom, I can usually press the bar an inch or two and then it comes back down. What is the best ME Bench Press excercise for that type of sticking point? This sticking point is while lifting raw. When I have a shirt on it seems to make the sticking point go away
