Bump on thread, solid information that is still relevant. I've been searching for additional details on nutrition part diet starting this stack Monday for 12 wk run. Should I get hung up on macros? Been playing with 1-1.2 g protein per lb and then backfilling remaining calories 80/20 carbs to fat first half of week - then reversing 20/80 carbs to fat remainder of week, about 2200 cals a day. Clean, no red meat, no dairy, a little unsweetened almond milk with a protein shake in afternoon, but I think it is non dairy. I'm 46, sitting at 5'6 and 222. I lift big and hard, and results show but bf % must go down. Appreciate your wisdom.
