Ok Iv never cut before and Don't really want to cut down to anything below 10 % bf. I think right now im around 18%. right now I have been eating around 3000 cals a day. If I cut it down to around 2000 a day and started Hiit 3 times a week will this signifigantly reduce my bf within the next 2 months? I am 19 by the way.
