You might want to check out this guy. A buddy of mine is a Paraplegic and e-mailed him for WO advice. I don't know if he's responded to him yet, but it's quite obvious the fellow knows what he's doing.

Did not see that sorry don't be so upset. Gotta do some compound movements though and you do way too much for triceps.
